Dark Souls 3 Ps4 Controller Not Working

My hands get incredibly sweaty with ps4 controllers, not as much with 360.

If you have the latest Win10 update simply launch the DS4Windows, plug in your controller and let it all update, get the drivers and so on. Windows should recognise it equally an Xbox controller and let usage.
Try also plugging and unplugging the controller, bank check if y'all hear the USB recognition sound, tick and untick the Hide DS4 choice and also try changing the USB slot if that might exist an event

This is what works for me:
1) Plow off your DS4Windows
ii) Go to your device manager window and turn off Bluetooth HID-Device (Human Interface Devices category)
3) Plow DS4Windows on
4) Turn Bluetooth HID-Device on
5) Push connect button on your controller
You need to do it every time afterward computer restart if youm want to play DS2 or DS3.

Mine is withal not working. I updated my pc, launched DS4Windows, plugged in my controller then on so forth. I dont believe that windows recognizes it as a xbox controller because as soon as I plug it in without the ds4 software it lights up but then fades to dark. Ive been using Ds4 for a long time at present and this is the first fourth dimension it has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me similar this.

Game freezes constantly with ds4 tool with new patch. Game freezes for 10-20 seconds every 55 minutes unless i play kb+1000. Thanks for ruining my game from

The API for the Steam Controller allows the PS4 pad to be used natively (no DS4Windows) since both Steam/PS4 controller are almost functionally identical. I don't know if it is implemented nevertheless though. Start upwards Big Moving picture and cheque :)

when is steam meaning to implement the ps4 affair?

just use InputMapper its the newer version of ds4windows

i even play bluetooth with my Ps4 controller

It might be agile now, I don't know. I dont take my PS4 pad anymore, so I deceit test. Information technology should be in Big Moving-picture show fashion though

My sequence:
ane. Plough controller on
2. Go to DS4Windows - Settings - change option "Hide DS4 controller' twice, i.e. it volition be back to "hibernate enabled" for me.
three. Delete HID-Controller in Windows settings.
four. Run the game

Works 100%, but have to repeat afterward every PC reboot
